We have been using Coastal Laundry for our Holiday let in Brixham, Devon since July 2021 and have been very impressed with the service received. No mean feat either as we have a 5 bedroom Holiday rental sleeping 13 so good deal of bed linen and towels needing servicing and they have always delivered for us. From initial contact Ava was professional, helpful and thorough. Always prompt to reply and with contact, a pleasure to speak with. Deliveries by Lee have always been on time and met with a smile. They have shown us flexibility on a number of occasions that has been gratefully received. Coastal Laundry have become an integral part of our business and a valued partner that we could not operate without. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. We've used Coastal Laundry for since Jan '22 for our new AirBnB property, and they have been great to date. Collection is always on the required day, and the laundry has always been returned on time and in perfect condition. We did have a few early teething problems, but these were sorted very quickly.
